How fast do I get paid?
Net revenue lands in your business bank account on T+7 — seven days after the event finishes. Refunds reconcile in the same window.
Do you handle GST invoices?
Yes. Every paid booking auto-issues a GST-compliant invoice with attendee GSTIN if provided. Monthly GSTR-1 summary downloadable.
Can I cancel my event?
Cancel in two clicks. Attendees auto-refunded at no fee. Our platform fee is waived on cancelled bookings.
Can I import past attendee data?
Yes — drag-drop CSV from Eventbrite, Townscript, Excel. We de-duplicate, validate, and tag as 'past attendees' in your CRM.
Does the QR scanner work offline?
Yes. Caches the full list before doors open, syncs check-ins when network returns. Used by 1,000+ person events on flaky venue wifi.
Who owns attendee data?
